WELCOME TO VILJANDI

Seksound releases debut album by lack of Eoins, called "Echo Group".
Seksound, a little label from Tallinn, Estonia, also celebrates their 20th release-jubilee with it. lack of Eoins comes from Viljandi, a little town in South Estonia, place full of culture, but they are the only indie group over there. Four young guys still under 20, started playing together in high school few years ago, developed fast through years and can give you now this strong debut.
On "Echo Group" they move from their earlier contemporary indiedance scene
towards to more sophisticated indie rock, reminding aesthetics introduced
by Wire, Pixies, the Jam or Clash. They have recognizable vocals and guitar sounds, but mostly you are surprised by their unpredictable song structures - you'll never know what happens next. It's a classic debut album with unusual indierock.
Album is recorded and mixed by Martin Kikas from Honey Power at their new studio Ö Stuudio in Tartu and mastered by Steve Rooke at Abbey Road Studios in London.

YENISSEY REMIXES

Pia Fraus had many international projects going on while releasing After Summer, their last album which is produced by Glaswegian Norman Blake (Teenage Fanclub). Now they are ready with remix compilation Ten Remixes of Yenissey, released by Seksound. Yenissey was the first result from cooperation between Pia Fraus and Norman Blake. Band is very proud of this remix album, as remixers are all their favorites from all around the world. International list is very impressive, many well-known indierock artists, especially from Scotland, dreamland of indiepop. Old friend Bill Wells goes onto jazzy trip over Yenissey. International Airport loves little things and Future Pilot AKA goes massive with global music influences. Teenage Fanclub ends compilation with little dreamy introspection on themes of Yenissey. Seeland (Duophonic artist) wanders around noisy and krauty soundwaves. Legendary His Name Is Alive loves noisy part of Pia Fraus. Also the best names of local scene are presented and Pia Fraus also offers newer version of track. Galaktlan with lovely electro and 3pead fusing estonian indie and dance history are for little indie dancefloors. Mirabilia makes it contemporary psychpop. Hopefully you are not tired of Yenissey by now!

Pia Fraus and Ulrich Schnauss SPLIT 7" VINYL

After well-received new album Pia Fraus comes with some new releases from indie label Seksound. They are happy of new split-single on 7" vinyl record by Pia Fraus and Ulrich Schnauss. After longtime friendship they have come to this split single, on one side of which is track by Pia Fraus, produced by Ulrich Schnauss and other side has track by Ulrich Schnauss produced by Pia Fraus. Single is mastered at legendary Abbey Road Studio in London by Steve Rooke (who's portfolio is full of our favorite indie albums).
Pia Fraus is the best estonian shoegaze group and has gathered fandom around the world. Their last album After Summer was produced by Norman Blake (Teenage Fanclub). You can call Ulrich Schnauss a star of electronic shoegaze scene. German artist and Estonian band became friends at their gig in London. They have toured together in Estonia and now they have come to this record. Mute the Birds was one of critically acclaimed tracks from last album, but now you get new ulrichschnaussed version. Beautiful song gets much more lush epicness known from Schnauss music. Ships Will Sail can be called new hit from Schnauss. Pia Fraus tops the typical lush syntheticness with more natural sounds, walls of guitars and some other pleasant sounds.
